Where do I even begin…
My name is EmmyLou, I’m a self taught baker, and former professional cake decorator and instructor. I’ve been baking and cake decorating since 2003, all the way back in third grade if you can believe it.
My journey started with humble cake decorating classes at a local craft store, and that was the beginning of the end. I soon became a cake decorator for various grocery stores, ran a small business out of my parents kitchen, and became a Wilton Instructor.
My life took me on a different path, but I have recently reignited my passion. This blog is documenting my personal journey and I hope you all will join me.
